Melissa is simply phenomenal. You won’t find a more solid, competent and thorough agent than Melissa Haugh. Over the course of 15 years we have bought/sold 3 different homes with Melissa. With each purchase, she was meticulous in showing us the exact properties we were looking for, neighborhoods and those that fit in our budget. Her ability to negotiate and process the transaction. With such ease with our first property (we were out of country when we went into contract) solidified our decision to trust Melissa for all future transactions. You truly won’t find a better agent in this bay!! Bonus: Melissa is a pro with navigating VA loan appraisals and VA loans—a skill we found many agents in the Bay Area are unfamiliar working with these types of buyers/sellers.
