First time home buying in San Francisco was stressful and daunting - but Jennifer made it as smooth and easy as possible with her steady calm and expertise. She went, and continues to go, far above and beyond what we were expecting. She was thoughtful and insightful in how she guided us through the process by working with our constraints and preferences, walking us through the detailed steps of the buying/mortgage process, and answering questions we didn't even know to ask.
