Ron did such an outstanding job. My 91 year old dad was selling the house he had lived in for 62 years in San Francisco. Ron was so helpful with all the intricacies of selling a house especially in SF where there a lot of extra rules and inspections. He took the extra time to explain everything to us and made it easy to understand. My dad constantly said how much he liked Ron explaining all, and helping us. There wasn’t a single hitch in the entire process. He kept us constantly informed even while he was on vacation! An excellent realtor and good person.

Kirk was simply amazing in helping me purchase my first home. His superpower is definitely his knowledge of the San Francisco market and the history of many of the condo communities there. He was able to trudge through the hundreds of pages of disclosures and find the details that would matter to me. I also appreciated that the decision was always very much in my hands. A bit scary when it came to deciding on an offer price. However by the time we got to the offer stage, Kirk had given me all the information I needed to get a great deal.

She was fast in getting disclosures and asking seller agents’ questions and was patient with me as it took a long time to find the right place. She never pressured me either way and talked me through pros and cons. She was very thorough throughout the closing process and had good communication with the seller agent and helped me to get good benefits out of the negotiation. She knows the city and Bay Area well and I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know looking for a home.
