Ed and Therese did a great job in helping me sell my apartment building. They were very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the value of my building. They advised me as to how prepare my building for sale. They had excellent contractors who did some of the work. Ed himself went above and beyond what a normal agent would do. He replaced some of the light fixtures and transformed the garden as well. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. I can't say enough good things about them and their work.

The Milestones were just phenomenal to work with! In 2017, we were relocating from the East Coast to San Francisco, and Ed & Therese made the process of finding a home so easy.
