The Milestones were just phenomenal to work with! In 2017, we were relocating from the East Coast to San Francisco, and Ed & Therese made the process of finding a home so easy. They truly listened to what we were looking for, presented us homes that fit our needs and walked us through every step of the process. While we'd purchased real estate many times before, we'd never done so in the SF market, and the guidance Ed and Therese gave us made what surely would have been a frustratingly-protracted experience into about as simple and painless as it could have been. Too, they went out of their way while I was commuting back and forth between the two coasts to make sure we were fully-informed and always offered to help me with transportation to the house for inspections, walk-thrus, etc. Thanks to their extensive network we were able to connect with trusted resources for all kinds of other services (painters, floor refinishers, cleaning services, locksmiths, you name it!), sparing us the time to research and risk of finding out we picked the wrong one. These two are a fantastic team, and we are so grateful for their help. If there was a way to give them an extra star, I would!
