We have now worked with Ed and Therese on both ends of a transaction, as they helped us prepare and sell our previous condo. They were again wonderful partners for the process. We were sort of slow to finish our move from the old place, but they were patient and stayed in touch with us to make sure we had the right support. Once we were ready, they helped to coordinate all we needed to spruce up the place and have it ready to sell. When we saw the listing with all the photos, it really made us remember what drew us to the condo in the first place! Their guidance on pricing and listing timing worked out great, to where I think it was a good sale for both us and the buyers. We did hit a bit of a snag with the other agent after getting into contract, but they were able to keep things moving, and it worked out in the end. I'm still hoping my family will be settled in our current house for a long time, but I would definitely look to work with Ed and Therese again if we end up putting the house on the market.

We are extremely pleased with the results that Ed and Therese Milestone accomplished on the sale of our SF property. They have complementary skills which you will rarely find in realtors. Ed supervised the people preparing the house for sale -- floor refinishing, interior and exterior painting, etc.. Therese worked to get the "marketing" in place -- photos, video and virtual tour -- and kept us up-to-date on the process with a Google calendar and almost daily texts/emails. We highly recommend them and would use them again--no questions asked. They are professionals!

Ed and Therese Milestone sold my family's home in San Francisco & my condo in Oakland. I can't say enough about the help and calmness they brought me, especially when things became challenging with my tenant. They did a spectacular job and were on top of it at all times during the year we worked together! Ed prepared the properties for sale and made sure they looked their best, helping clear out items, obtaining bids for updating and managing the process to meet my timelines. Therese prepared the Listing Agreement and Disclosure Packet, making sure all required documents were Docusigned to me for signature, and then made available for the Buyers to review before making an offer.
