We’ve known Steve for a number of years and finally had the opportunity to use his professional service to sell my mom’s home. He listed it at the perfect price for great activity & generating multiple offers. He helped us navigate the offers and easily manage the best one for our goals… which not only to get a great price, but also to sell to a great family. It was a win/win all the way around. Steve was always available to answer questions and guide us in making good decisions. He also had a fabulous support team through the sale and throughout escrow. Steve has created a great Village to take care of every aspect of selling a home… from recommending a great cleaning company, an amazing and down to earth staging gal, fantastic photographer and of course all the various professional people in escrow & title to ensure a clean closing. He also arranged for a wonderful charity to pick furniture for donation prior to closing escrow. We could not be happier and whole heartily recommend Steve! He’s a fantastic realtor and an a great human being!

Steve worked with my husband and I patiently over three years to find the right new home for us. We were looking to buy in a very competitive market and all of the homes we made offers on (5) had multiple offers. He counseled us through the process always being kind and honest. He worked extremely hard, was always proactive and advocating for our best interests. In the end we couldn't be happier with our home and are so glad none of those other offers panned out. Thank you Steve!

Richard did an excellent job getting the condo sold at a price over asking. He was also good at navigating the request for repairs to reduce our cost. I would highly recommend him. His legal background, coupled with his years of experience make him the best agent for the job!
