Excellent experience from start to finish. We came across a house we wanted to see on Zillow and for once the agent they recommended was amazing. She met us at the house the same day. She also brought us comparable properties that we could go see if that was not the right fit. She was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She shared her advise that in this crazy market we were working backwards. We were preapproved but would need to sell our house first. After our first meeting we switched gears and focused on prepping our house to sell. The house was put on the market Thursday before Labor Day and was shown as an open house all that weekend. Monday, we had competitive offers over asking. The closing was smooth, effortless and stress- free.
