We have used Steffany Morgan to sell two homes and purchase one... she did a fantastic job for us. We are extremely grateful for her hard work and dedication throughout the entire process and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Working with Steffany was truly an incredible experience from start to finish! From our very first conversation, it was clear that she genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect home — not just any home. Her professionalism, patience, and deep understanding of the market made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.Steffany went above and beyond in every way — she was always available to answer questions, provided honest advice, and guided us through every step with confidence and clarity. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence made us feel completely supported, and her positive energy kept us calm even during the stressful moments of buying our "for a long time" home. What truly sets Steffany apart is her passion and enthusiasm. She doesn’t just close deals — she builds relationships. We never felt like just another client; she made us feel like family. Thanks to her we found a home we absolutely love and a realtor we’ll recommend to everyone we know!If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about your goals, Steffany is the realtor you want by your side.

Cissy is truly a professional at her job. We had tried to sell our home by owner. Without any success, we contacted Cissy. We were already in the process of moving, and needed someone we could trust to handle everything from start to finish. Cissy laid out a strategy for selling our home. Her knowledge of the market, and how to negotiate a great price for our home far exceeded our expectations. Her tireless effort resulted in a an offer above market value very quickly. Upon her advise, and her talent she sold our home for more than we expected. Cissy, we appreciate all you did for us. Most importantly, we appreciate your honesty, and integrity. Excellent experience from start to finish. We came across a house we wanted to see on Zillow and for once the agent they recommended was amazing. She met us at the house the same day. She also brought us comparable properties that we could go see if that was not the right fit. She was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She shared her advise that in this crazy market we were working backwards. We were preapproved but would need to sell our house first. After our first meeting we switched gears and focused on prepping our house to sell. The house was put on the market Thursday before Labor Day and was shown as an open house all that weekend. Monday, we had competitive offers over asking. The closing was smooth, effortless and stress- free. We made on the sale above what we were hoping for and that is directly due to the outstanding advice and advocacy Cissy offered. The purchase of our new home went just as smoothly. Cissy’s advise and negotiation skills allowed us to purchase our new home well below our budget. We could not be happier with all the hard work Cissy and her team did. This was the most relaxing real estate transaction we have ever had. We will absolutely recommend Cissy and her team to everyone, and she is the only realtor we will work with in the future. Thank you again for all you do!!!
