I have bought and sold many houses over the years and I have never been impressed by a realtor until my first transaction with Janelle. My first experience with her she was actually the agent on the other side of a transaction so I didn’t have any direct contact with her but the sale went so smoothly that I kept her info. When I went to sell a house I hired Janelle to be the listing agent. Her communication throughout the process was great and when the buyers hit a snag with their financing Janelle reached out to the other party and assisted them to overcome their issues. Come to find out she also has a deep knowledge in real estate finance as well that came in handy as their issue could have delayed or derailed my transaction. We had the pleasure of having Joel as our agent and we couldn't have been happier. He made the process less stressful than it was since we were working with another agent previously. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and was great at communicating with us and being transparent about everything. He's also bilingual, which is a plus for anyone that understands/ speaks more Spanish. Lastly, he works efficiently when it comes to getting things done. Definitely recommend him for any of your real estate needs!
