I have bought and sold many houses over the years and I have never been impressed by a realtor until my first transaction with Janelle. My first experience with her she was actually the agent on the other side of a transaction so I didn’t have any direct contact with her but the sale went so smoothly that I kept her info. When I went to sell a house I hired Janelle to be the listing agent. Her communication throughout the process was great and when the buyers hit a snag with their financing Janelle reached out to the other party and assisted them to overcome their issues.
