We had a unique selling scenario and wondered how it would all be possible so we put it all in God’s hands and a couple days later met Marni. From the moment we sat down and she presented her plan, we knew everything was going to work out. What we didn’t know was how she would completely EXCEED every single expectation we had. Not only was she extremely well versed on the local market and trends but the way she was able to make the entire process seamless and stress free was an absolute gift! She accommodated our every need, from communicating between us and the buyers to our quirky requests to help us manage all of our animals during inspections and showings to flawless negotiating and closing - everything was like a dream. The only downside is that we didn’t meet her and her team sooner because they are truly lovely people outside of the business too. There just aren’t enough stars to give them an accurate rating. We asked for her opinion on selected properties, and she was 100% honest about how she felt about them. Not only she found us a great home, she would also go out of her way just to make sure we got what we needed. Communication was an wase when working with Lisa. She kept us in the loop of everything that was going on regardless there was an update or not. On top of many valuable advice from her, what I like the most is the personal touch. She spent the time to understand us and figure out what we like/dislike. She treats us like family members, not just like any agent-client relationship.
