We had a unique selling scenario and wondered how it would all be possible so we put it all in God’s hands and a couple days later met Marni. From the moment we sat down and she presented her plan, we knew everything was going to work out. What we didn’t know was how she would completely EXCEED every single expectation we had. Not only was she extremely well versed on the local market and trends but the way she was able to make the entire process seamless and stress free was an absolute gift! She accommodated our every need, from communicating between us and the buyers to our quirky requests to help us manage all of our animals during inspections and showings to flawless negotiating and closing - everything was like a dream. The only downside is that we didn’t meet her and her team sooner because they are truly lovely people outside of the business too. There just aren’t enough stars to give them an accurate rating. Marni was the only call when I was looking for someone to list our home. I knew that she was going to be our agent from our first conversation. The following week I found my next home, I reached out to Marni right away. She introduced me to Emily Hudson, an incredible lender who is a true fighter,  she’s a ninja with the numbers. Don’t even bother asking her to get you credits, or buy-downs or deals. She’s way ahead of you. From start to finish, the two of them worked flawlessly and lighting fast. Maybe it won’t be as fast for everyone but man from beginning to end it took no more than 6 weeks. I literally just picked up the keys to my new home! If you want honest, fast, and caring “real people” who treat you like family, don’t sleep on my new friends Marni Jimenez and Emily Hudson. They are the real deal.
