After living in Redondo Beach for 45 years, I knew MANY realtors. When we made the decision to sell our home of 20 years, I broke my own rule....mixing family and business. I consider Kyle family as we've been more than friends since 1994. During the sale of our house, I would hear from numerous people involved, about how Kyle is to work with. Of course I would play dumb as to how well I knew him to "get some dirt" on my buddy, but no such luck.
