Matt and Nate were extremely professional from the very first meeting. They didn't waste time in preparing marketing materials and coordinating open houses. Their communication with us was 100% from everything to presenting offers, updates on documents and feedback from open houses plus much more. Our experience had no shortage unexpected and unavoidable hurdles, but the way they handled the situations and provided solutions was truly impressive and very much appreciated. They helped us sell our home quickly and got us the best possible sale price. They will be my first call the next time I need help from a real estate team. Big Thanks to everyone at Katalist!!!
