Nate is amazing at what he does. After discussing the location, number of bedrooms, and attached garage options that we desired, Nate was able to send us a selection of homes within our price range including our requested must haves! We have been at our awesome home for 3 years now and we simply love it! Our home is conveniently located near our city's downtown, the eateries and shopping centers, and schools. Nate Topete and his team provided everything that a seller could ask for. They planned out the selling process beforehand. The website and video were exemplary and may have sold the house on it's own. We had a good turnout for the open house and Nate and his team made sure the house looked the best it could. We checked out many open houses, and many of the sales agents didn't even bother to turn on the lights throughout the house. Nate and his team made sure the house looked as good as possible. They were on top of every aspect of the sale. Needless to say, the house sold in a week at a price that was higher than expected. I have recommended Nate and his team to my neighbors and family in case they ever decide to sell their house in the future.
