Wow, such thoughtful, kind, and comforting gestures topped off a great experience overall. The unexpected benefit is the friendship that Beth and I have today. Despite having numerous friends in the real estate business in north county san diego, we were assigned Beth through Zillow after inquiring about a property. She responded to text messages from me around my double-job work schedule and made sure to get us answers to questions as quickly as humanly possible. She engaged with my children throughout the buying process and even gifted them with some new home gifts upon moving in. She is patient, humble, incredibly kind, and always smiling.
