I was referred to Alexis by my in laws who had worked with Alexis in the past. As a first time home buyer and being relatively new to the valley area, we were looking for an agent who knew the area and market well and could guide us through the home buying process. What we didn’t take into account was the craziness of this seller’s market that required flexibility and quick decision making on the buyer’s end. From day one, Alexis set these expectations and helped us make informed decisions to purchase our home. As a huge bonus, Alexis has a wide range of quality contacts she referred us to, including for contractors and home inspectors, that have been clutch for us!

Alexis was very well informed on the process, and I felt she was much more of a friend through the process rather than my agent. She provided me with all the information and context I needed to feel confident in making my offers, counters, and contingencies. As things came up throughout the process (eg. inspection report items, repair negotiations), she was very helpful in getting us the best deal possible where the seller agreed to do a TON of repairs and payments for us, which I don't think would have been possible without Alexis especially given how tight the supply market is right now.
