When we found out that we were having a new baby, we knew we would need to buy a larger home. In order to make that happen we would need to sell our investment properties. We had two problems. She held an open house each opening weekend and we received offers, above the asking price, immediately following! After we accepted an offer, the buyers wanted us to update a bunch of items. Thanks to Lacy’s tough negotiations we came to an agreement that made us and the buyers happy. Lacy followed up during the escrow process to ensure we closed on time. I was worried that we would not be able to sell one of the houses due to it’s location. Lacy’s knowledge of the area combined with her experience and negotiation skills not only sold the home, but did it quickly and at a great price. The second sold just as quickly.
