When we found out that we were having a new baby, we knew we would need to buy a larger home. In order to make that happen we would need to sell our investment properties. We had two problems. First, the investment properties were in California and we live in Washington. Second, we had already put a sizable deposit on a house that was under construction. That’s where Lacy Williams came in.
