As a nervous first time home buyers, Rafael was able to ease our nerves and patiently walk us through every step of the way. He answered every question we had in a timely manner; very easy to communicate. He is very knowledgeable and is a great negotiator. I would highly recommend Rafael Ochoa for anyone looking to purchase a home, especially first time home buyers!
