We just clicked. Buy a house, get new friends! And, as promised, 4 years later when we decided to move we hired Kat. Once again, she completely exceeded all expectations. She booked the best photographer in record time and marketed our home with such fervor that we had 9 offers in 3 days and closed in under 21 days for the highest sales price our neighborhood has (as of this review) ever seen! She and her team were simply incredible just as they were when we were on the buying end. We closed on the sale of our CA house one day and the purchase of our NV house the very next day and her team had our funds in perfect order and wired exactly on time. It was the smoothest transaction ever. She is, in our opinion, hands down the BEST agent we can imagine in the area and a friend for life! (FWIW, we have been through 14 real estate transactions in our lifetime so we have a little experience.)
