There's a very good reason why Mardell Gully's ratings are 5 Stars. We retained Mardell to find a tenant for our townhouse and were extremely impressed. From start-to-finish Mardell never wavered in her enthusiasm, guidance and unparalleled commitment. Renting in a shifting real estate market can be very challenging, so we were very fortunate to have Mardell represent our interests. Mardell is excellent in her marketing abilities and even held a open house. When it came to every decision, recommendation and issue we were always on the same page with Mardell. She is an outstanding communicator and responsed to our phone calls, texts and emails expeditiously and provided her thoughts after each showing. It was reassuring to know that Mardell was working diligently everyday. Besides being an exceptional real estate agent Mardell is simply wonderful caring person. We look forward to establishing a long lasting relationship with Mardell. Whether your are trying to find a tenant or sell/buy a property Mardell exemplifies the traits of an ideal real estate agent.
