Sally’s top level negotiating style helped us to get over asking price. She is an extrovert whose people skills never failed to amaze me. She makes friends with everyone she meets. I inherited my brother’s home which had a lot of deferred maintenance. Sally had a contact name and number for every type of service provider needed. Within minutes she contacted them and had appointments to meet them. I do not live in the same town as my brother’s home and Sally was a life saver, meeting with vendors so that I didn’t have to drive all the way there all the time. She is so easy to communicate with, she picked up the phone every time I called her. She made herself available whenever I had questions or needed to discuss something. I give Sally the highest possible recommendation possible. I will use her again for any future real estate needs. I am a very, very satisfied client.
