Jeff is a great realtor. He has the knowledge and contacts to really help his clients. He respects the client's wishes/needs, tries to arrange the best deals for them, and is fast to respond to questions. He even met up with us with ~30-min notice to look at a house on a Saturday afternoon, and entertained our kids while we talked to the seller :). I also really appreciated that he always took time to explain the process, the various forms, etc. Jeff helped us 9 years ago with buying our first home. It was a great experience and we felt well taken care of. So when it came to selling and upgrading in 2023, there was no question who we wanted to work with, and again the experience was nothing but positive. He recommended some improvements to the house before selling, and we got more money from the sale than what we initially had hoped. He also found us a great new home. We also recommended Jeff to friends of ours when they first bought maybe years ago, and they've been happy clients ever since, and worked with Jeff again when it became time to sell and move.
