Liz proved herself to be the amazing agent that I always knew she would be. She is a master at organization and making contacts with all the right people. Not only did she skillfully guide us through a very difficult and trying escrow but she had a wonderful escrow agent who helped make the ordeal less painful as well. Additionally, her excellent contacts and resources helped again when we needed (unfortunately) a top Real Estate Lawyer to get us through the process mostly unscathed. I HIGHLY recommend Liz and would never ever use any other agent. We had previously used another agent that has a great reputation in the South Bay and they were condescending and not very knowledgable and violated realtor standards (which we did not report them for). The difference was day and night! Liz went above and beyond doing research and reports for our property and never tried to pressure us to do anything we didn't want to do. Be smart - use Liz! She is truly a gem!
