Last winter I wanted to sell a condo in Carson, CA that we had kept for years thinking we might move back there. I came from Kansas and my brother from Texas and he helped me do what we could to clean and repair. I spoke to several realtors and got wildly varying suggestions for pricing. Then I met Steve and he gave me precise estimates of what various upgrades would cost and what I could hope to realize based on current market conditions. He was so knowledgeable, thoughtful and consistent in informing and guiding me through the process of selling. I went home for Thanksgiving and Steve engaged his trusted crews of contractors and supervised their work. By Christmas the renovations were complete, we listed early in January and had several offers and took the best bid and closed on a cash offer in 30 days. Steve was with us at every stage, answering questions, making sure we understood and could easily complete paperwork (Mostly digitally) etc. I would have posted this review long ago but for some technology difficulties followed by some personal challenges.
