Kate helped us get our place ready to sell ASAP as the market was starting to shift. I believe we had it on the market within 7 days of contact. We we went into contract 5 days later and then we used Kate again to find our new place. She was awesome to work with and didn't mind going to every house we found, even though some were just...wow.
