If you’re a first time homebuyer like my husband and I were, you know how overwhelming the process can feel. Thankfully we had Ruth Ann! From day one she made it her mission to make sure we understood every step of the home buying journey. We never felt out of the loop or wondered what would happen next. Buying for the first time can feel intimidating but Ruth Ann was so encouraging and positive. She really helped us believe that we could be homeowners! She is knowledgeable and genuinely cares. Thank you Ruth Ann for helping us find our home!

I had the pleasure of working with Gary to successfully close two escrows! Gary is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and his professionalism and responsiveness to calls and emails throughout the entire process made everything seamless. I was especially impressed by his negotiation skills and his dedication to helping me find the right home and cross the finish line. Gary’s team is also a pleasure to work with and is always willing to help. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
