She handled all the little details on getting the property ready to show and staged the house to attract prospective buyers. Even after the sale, she coordinated maintenance of the pool and transitioned that maintenance to the buyer. Also, she explained the benefit of our solar panel system and facilitated the transfer of contract with Tesla for the solar system.
