David was an outstanding realtor working with our property. First of all he is very personable, friendly, and respectful. But what impressed us the most was his response time on completing tasks, returning calls, emails, and preparing the home to sell. Right from the onset he found excellent videographers, photographers, stagers to quickly prepare the house. Then he was on top of all transaction openly offering options for the best course of action. The house sold very quickly and smoothly at the asking price. We are extremely happy with his service and would use him again without a doubt.
