Joe, kept on top of ongoing communication with the buyers parties. Kept us as the seller up-to-date at all times. Prompt on his communication response. There was quite few hiccups along the way from the buyer. Never once did Joe show defeat. Actually, he kept up our hope and he kept determination to see this sale go through.
