There was quite few hiccups along the way from the buyer. Never once did Joe show defeat. Actually, he kept up our hope and he kept determination to see this sale go through. I was in the market for a home which was within my qualified budget we looked at a first option and that was not what my wife and I really wanted. We found a second option a this was our dream home. Through the whole process of qualifying and financing Joe was there walking me through the whole process. If it wasn't for him we would not be in beautiful home overlooking the lake and mountains.
