Nelida was extremely helpful during my home buying process. As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous and she helped ease the nerves and provided me with all the information necessary to feel comfortable with making such a big commitment. She has great knowledge of assessing the market and being able to use comparisons for other homes recently sold in the surrounding area. Nel has a strong line of communication and was able to respond in a timely manner. She was also very flexible with being able to show homes and finding open house dates that fit my schedule. Nel is a professional at what she does, will go above and beyond, and always made sure we were on the same page. Nel also provided me with a game plan and we were able to effectively strategize that game plan and ultimately won my dream home. Thank you for all your hard work Nel! I will definitely recommend you to friends and family!
