As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous and she helped ease the nerves and provided me with all the information necessary to feel comfortable with making such a big commitment. She has great knowledge of assessing the market and being able to use comparisons for other homes recently sold in the surrounding area. Nel has a strong line of communication and was able to respond in a timely manner. She was also very flexible with being able to show homes and finding open house dates that fit my schedule. Nel is a professional at what she does, will go above and beyond, and always made sure we were on the same page.
