Nel talks through things slowly and makes sure I understand everything going on. She was never afraid to fight for us as clients, and friends, and always had our best interests at heart. She cares for her clients and it shows. I'm so glad we had her to help us find our first home!
We were very impressed with Nelida in the selling of our house. She was the consummate professional. She held a strategy discussion with us up front and made some really good suggestions. She then followed that strategy and it worked perfectly. The marketing of the house was spectacular - it was awesome to see the pictures of the house and the video of the house and surrounding area. It really made our house 'pop'. She also had excellent suggestions on staging, which we were able to do ourselves. And, most important to us, the whole process was so efficient. We did not need a "for sale" sign, there was only one weekend of having an open house, and we had over 25 offers, many well above asking price. It turned out to be just the right strategy. In addition to that, Nel was easy to get in touch with and was very responsive to the multitude of questions we had. We would strongly recommend Nel to anyone selling (or buying) a house. In fact, we already have recommended her and she is selling their house.

Nel was just wonderful and amazing. She helped us understand the process of buying a home. She was always willing answer our questions and concerns when we had them since we were new to the market. She really help us make it through the process of buying a home even when we felt discouraged and thought we would never find our home. She always stayed positive and she would reassure us that the right one would come along. We are so thankful to have had her by our side as we bought our first family home. She was also able to work with our VA lender and they both worked great with each other and kept us in the loop. I would go through the whole process again with Nel if we ever go back on the market to look for another home.
