She had professional photos taken of the home and area, and posted both a virtually staged home and the empty house. She gave me professional resources for estate sales, painting and cleaning which were more than reasonably priced and whom were available when I needed them. While the housing market is tight, I received a full offer within the first couple of weeks, and closed by 2 months of putting the house on the market, whereas other homes in the community have sat on the market for a number of months. After Cristina blew me away with how she handled the sell of our last house, it was a no brainer to have her represent me again.
