How We Got Started We started in the industry in 2004. From 2007 to 2010, when the market collapsed, we saw many agents and brokers abandon the practice of Real Estate; many of them went to jail for malpractice and fraud. We never hesitate to help people rescue their properties from foreclosure or sell them in a short sale transaction to mitigate the impact on their credit history. Eventually, they helped them buy a new property after their credit recovered. We never stopped the full-time Real Estate Practice; we are 100% committed professionals.
