She is extremely organized and quick to respond. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner, if not right away. She is flexible and makes herself available to work with your schedule. Which was huge when trying to work around both of our hectic work schedules and our adventurous toddler. Her knowledge of the area made it extremely easy to explain what we were looking for, where and why. Gini took the time to really understand our wants and needs. We never felt pressured to look at homes that didn't meet our requirements. When walking into a house, she sat back and let us observe the property but at the same time gave her honest and thoughtful opinion when asked. In return, we felt like we could be one hundred percent honest with our thoughts and concerns.
