He was honest about what he thought was fair offers and kept me in the loop about everything. Gave great notice about prospective buyers wanting to see the home, etc. He walked me thru the process and ultimately got mom's house in a declined market for a good price. I am so thankful I had him in my corner, he wasn't focussed on a commission but instead, doing what was right for me. He's the best!

Janet has now helped me both buy and sell my home and I can easily say she is the most patient and understanding realtor. She will answer any and all questions and she does it in record timing. She is extremely responsive and also reassuring, which is especially important for those going through the buying or selling process for the first time. On top of all that, she’s sweet as a peach (but that doesn’t mean she won’t tell it to you straight).
