We found her guidance during the transaction to be invaluable. Third, she has every resource/trade/sub-contractor you could want or need to prepare your house so that it shows well to potential buyers: carpet people, handymen, painters, etc. Fourth, she is a very hard worker and a prompt communicator. We really appreciated this because my siblings and I all live out of state. In summary, we had a great (and successful) experience working with Amanda.
