We chose Amanda to be the listing agent on our mother's home in Apple Valley. She did an excellent job start to finish (the house recently sold). How would we characterize our experience with Amanda? First, she is very experienced and knows exactly what she is doing in how to price, list, market and sell a home. Second, she has deep knowledge in how to structure home sale transactions. We found her guidance during the transaction to be invaluable. Third, she has every resource/trade/sub-contractor you could want or need to prepare your house so that it shows well to potential buyers: carpet people, handymen, painters, etc. Fourth, she is a very hard worker and a prompt communicator. We really appreciated this because my siblings and I all live out of state. In summary, we had a great (and successful) experience working with Amanda. We would work with her again in a heartbeat and recommend her highly.
