Every step was clearly explained and if there were any doubts or questions that come up she is more then willing to answer if not she will make calls and find out what she's need to be able to answer them. She is down to earth and really fights to get you the best. This is the second my wife and I have used her services and we are always so happy with the results. You can never go wrong.
