Current market conditions with the high sales and purchase prices both intrigued and worried us. Amber and Jenn put us at ease. They presented us with a comprehensive plan for our home sale which included extensive marketing strategies and sale and purchase scenarios. We fell in love with a home before even listing ours. Thanks to their guidance, we were able to get a competitive contingent offer accepted as well as fully prepare our home to be listed in just a few days. Our house received multiple offers in less than a week on the market and we were in escrow a couple of days later! They have abundant area knowledge, offer open, consistent, and timely communication, are honest and thorough, and have a keen eye for staging and presentation of a home — which is crucial in such a competitive environment. We were so thankful for all of their insight and advice, but also how they always encouraged us to make our own decisions for what is best for us.
