Amber and Jen helped sell our condo during our divorce. Amber was super helpful and guided me every step of the way. She fully understood the situation I was in, and had no problem relaying information and coordinating between the two of us. It was such a pleasure working with Amber and Jen . My wife and I have been looking for a home. Just doing some online research and we finally took the time to reach out to Amber and Jen to start the process of actually looking for a home we gave them our input on what our ideal scenario was and they came back with some great properties that matched our location and housing type. They really have a good team behind them. They are efficient and very responsive. They communicate well with the other agents and made sure that we were taken care of. We bought our first home in May 2021 with guidance from Amber and her assistant Jenn! We're so grateful for her and her team! Not only is buying your first home stressful, but the market during this time was so crazy! Homes were flying off the market and it was difficult to compete. But Amber always helped us come up with ideas to stand out and get our offer accepted. During that market, if you missed the weekend that there was an open house, then you'd have no chance of getting an offer in before the house was gone. We happened to be out of town the weekend this home was open for tours so Amber did a FaceTime tour with us so we could see it. She gave her opinion and even drove around the neighborhood for us to give an idea of the surroundings. Seriously couldn't have asked for a better realtor and friend through this process.
