We lived in a custom home on acreage property and consequently more difficult to sell than a tract home in a subdivision. We interviewed quite a number of Agents before contracting with Ruhi. Prior to Ruhi three or four of the agents ONLY had price as a sales tool. If the home did not have two or three offers in the initial two week listing, other agents (I worked with) firmly believed that the home was over priced and lowering price was the recommended solution. Not so with Ruhi. Her resolve was that she would stay positive and her confidence level was buttressed by her track record that she has not had a home she could not sell. Ruhi has a eye for what is appealing and she played an integral part in staging the home - inside as well as outside. She is easy to work with and is a consummate agent.

Ruhi was a great real estate agent. She worked through many complicated issues both on my end, and the sellers end. Even though she represented both me as the buyer, and the seller, I never felt like she was putting my interests second. Always prompt, ever patient, I would gladly work with Ruhi on my next real estate transaction.
