2026 Vista Oaks Way El Paso de Robles (Paso Robles)
Positivity and a steady hand. These two things, Renee, brings to the table--and more. We were facing a tough market to buy in last months of 2020, and given everything that could go wrong (and I don't need to tell you about THAT year), Renee steered us threw challenges and last-minute issues that usually make people stop looking for homes. Renee was super positive, and that really helps, it really does. It may not seem like much, but it really means the world, and because of her positivity things worked out for us. I think it's because we were able to think clearly and make the best decisions to put a bid on a house, win the bid, and start the closing of escrow. And that brings me to a steady hand. ALL sales are going to have problems. There's going to be things that come up. Your friends who've bought homes might tell you the problems were mountains made out of molehills, and in hindsight, not a big deal. But in the moment, when you think the sale is crashing down and it's going to fall apart, a good realtor gets you through it. A great realtor like Renee gives you everything you need to know, advises you, and doesn't hold back on what reality is. It really helped us in the end see the situation for what it is. There's no guessing and I think it helps you navigate through those last challenges. It helped us. We closed on the house and all the while Renee walked us through. Her bits of advise, her explanation of each step, made the difference in the end. We had put the offer on the house we liked, our bid was accepted, and all the little issues between buyer and seller were negotiated to the benefit of a sale that, I as the buyer, was really happy with. Renee said to us the first day we met her, "you've got a tiger." She is.
