Irma Verras

Irma is one of the best realtors you will ever find. Her commitment to her clients doesn’t end when she hands over the keys. I’ve personally seen her go above and beyond, even helping elderly sellers with moving when they needed extra support. She communicates clearly and makes the entire process easy to understand, whether you’re buying or selling. What truly sets Irma apart is that she continues to stay in touch long after the transaction is complete, building lasting relationships with her clients. There’s a reason so many of her clients not only refer their friends and family to her but also return to work with her again and again. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care make her exceptional.

We met Irma years ago when we wanted to see a few houses. I warned her we were just looking-loos, and she still was willing to show us several properties. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to talk us into anything we didn’t want. Years later I hired Irma to sell my mom’s place after she passed. She was very compassionate and good to work with and the sale went smoothly. Then last year, when I found a house we wanted on Zillow, I called Irma and told her we wanted to see it immediately and she dropped everything to show us the house and drafted an offer that morning. The house was in high demand and Irma helped us get it. She worked very hard to move the sale forward and troubleshoot problems along the way. She’s very responsive, patient with questions, and a very nice person to work with. We highly recommend her.

Irma Verras was my realtor for my previous TWO home-buying experiences, so when it was time to find a new place of my own, I didn't hesitate to reach out to her. She is highly knowledgeable of the market. She is able to break down the home-buying process in simple terms so that even someone like myself can comprehend. She understood my needs and criteria for a new home and showed great patience while I journeyed through challenging personal hardships. When it finally came time to put offers down, Irma was extremely helpful in how to approach negotiations, recommending lenders and staying ahead of our tasks as buyers. To my amazement, she was able to help me close on a lovely condo in just three weeks. I've been here now for almost a month, and it's starting to feel like home. I couldn't have done it without Irma's help. The bonus part about Irma is that my kids LOVE her too! They were excited to come along to look at potential new homes, but mostly because they'd get to see "Grandma Irma"! If myself or anyone I know is in the market for a new home again, I will always recommend Irma Verras!

Irma is the definition of, not only a perfect real estate agent, but an absolute incredible person. She goes way above any expectations you have for an agent. Her attention to detail and communication skills are outstanding. She reaches out to you almost daily, and is available at any hour of the day. She dose her homework and is always prepared. Even after the sale, Irma will check in and make sure you are happy. I honestly can not imagine having a better agent, and friend. Thank you Irma!!

We were referred to Irma by a close family friend. They had used Irma about 4-5 years ago and had nothing but amazing things to say about her. From the first conversation with Irma, we knew that we were in great hands. This was our first experience in selling a home and we had lots of questions. Irma was patient with us and answered every question we asked. Fast forward to listing and showing the house. Irma went above and beyond for us through this whole process. We were scheduled to be out of town the weekend of the open house. Irma got to the house early each day and set it up with her sweet touches. She had a comprehensive property information packet that gave potential buyers all the information they needed about the property. She had snacks and even water bottles with a picture of our house on it. At one point my wife and I were both out of the house and Irma got a call from a potential buyer. My wife and I were unable to come back to the house and clean up before they came to look at the house. Irma came to the house and got it all cleaned and ready to show before they showed up. We had an offer on our house in the first 24 hours but Irma suggested that we wait for the weekend and have the two open houses. Irma was right, by Monday we had an over asking offer. Through the escrow process we had some communication issues with the buyers agent that arose and Irma was there every step of the way. I don’t think there was one time that when I called/text her she didn’t pick up or respond immediately. Not only was Irma amazing but her husband Mike came over and helped us with some projects during the listing as well. My wife calls him “Angel Mike.” I could go on and on about how happy we were with Irma but I don’t have enough character left in this review. Irma started out as our realtor and our family now considers her a great friend. If you are selling your home, I would highly recommend considering getting Irma Verras as your realtor.
