•We were referred to Irma by a close family friend. They had used Irma about 4-5 years ago and had nothing but amazing things to say about her. From the first conversation with Irma, we knew that we were in great hands. This was our first experience in selling a home and we had lots of questions. Irma was patient with us and answered every question we asked. Fast forward to listing and showing the house. Irma went above and beyond for us through this whole process. We were scheduled to be out of town the weekend of the open house. Irma got to the house early each day and set it up with her sweet touches. She had a comprehensive property information packet that gave potential buyers all the information they needed about the property. She had snacks and even water bottles with a picture of our house on it. At one point my wife and I were both out of the house and Irma got a call from a potential buyer. My wife and I were unable to come back to the house and clean up before they came to look at the house. Irma came to the house and got it all cleaned and ready to show before they showed up. We had an offer on our house in the first 24 hours but Irma suggested that we wait for the weekend and have the two open houses. Irma was right, by Monday we had an over asking offer. Through the escrow process we had some communication issues with the buyers agent that arose and Irma was there every step of the way. I don’t think there was one time that when I called/text her she didn’t pick up or respond immediately. Not only was Irma amazing but her husband Mike came over and helped us with some projects during the listing as well. My wife calls him “Angel Mike.” I could go on and on about how happy we were with Irma but I don’t have enough character left in this review. Irma started out as our realtor and our family now considers her a great friend. If you are selling your home, I would highly recommend considering getting Irma Verras as your realtor.
