Lisa is a knowledgeable real estate and set us up right away to homes we were looking for. She was instrumental during the inspection process of the home purchase. She provided reassurance to us by arranging for the inspection, connecting us with contractors for solar, roofing and plumbing concerns. She made the process easy by being the middle person for our lender, escrow and seller’s agent. She gave break downs on information we were confused and insight to appraisals. We couldn’t have picked a more valuable real estate agent and truly gave us our “keys” with a new front door set. Highly recommend her as an agent!

The best part of our experience was knowing we had someone who actually cared on our side. She is very smart, always planning ahead and knowing what to look for. She never once tried to sugar coat anything for us, she always kept a clear and open communication. She was also very understanding, and it didn’t matter how many times I asked the same question or new questions, she was always willing to give me the time and explanation I needed. She made the process stress-free and I would do it all over again. Because of Nicki, my family and I got to spend our first Christmas together in our new home. Kim was on top of it! Absolutely fabulous! She went above and beyond from the start. She was extremely responsive and very clear on the process and told us every move she made before she made it, so we were always in the loop and aware of the plan. She "has a guy" for anything and everything that you could possibly need help with and we used those extra services a lot! The sale of our house was pretty much seamless.
