Kim was on top of it! Absolutely fabulous! She went above and beyond from the start. She was extremely responsive and very clear on the process and told us every move she made before she made it, so we were always in the loop and aware of the plan. She "has a guy" for anything and everything that you could possibly need help with and we used those extra services a lot! The sale of our house was pretty much seamless. There were a couple of minor things that came up and she dealt with them like a pro. I very HIGHLY recommend Kim for your realtor. We'd use her again in a heartbeat!

Most people can empathize with the stress that comes with a move, especially when you are coming from across the country. Kim eased all of our stress, and then some. We started looking for a home before we were in the local area and she was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the local area. We told her what we were looking for in a home and she gathered a list for us based on our likes. She FaceTimed with us multiple times, at multiple locations showing us a variety of homes. She was honest if a home had issues that would require repair, or if it wasn't something that would fit our needs. She gave expert advice at all stages of the home buying process without being pushy or sugar coating anything. We never had to wait for a response, and she was very attentive to any question or issue we had. She was super proactive to make sure we met our short closing deadline, and we received updates daily. I give Kim my highest recommendation and will not use anyone but Kim if we ever plan to sell our home in the future!

All I can say is WOW! Kim was incredible to work with. She made the process seamless and painless. Buying a home can be extremely stressful, but because my husband and I had Kim as our agent, it was exciting and fun. Anytime we had a question, Kim had an answer. Anytime we had a problem, Kim had a solution. She was easy to reach, and always made sure that we felt taken care of. If I could give her 10 stars I would. We now not only have a lifelong agent, we have a friend!
